About Our Non Profit Organization

With patron support and the support from performances by major recording artists, we will soon be holding events in major cities across the United States and eventully the globe.

Break The Silence! Foundation Inc. produces awareness by opening up lines of communication about domestic and child abuse, and what a broken belief system is and how it transcends from the home to inner city/ outer city gang violence in our communities and public schools.  Break the Silence! Foundation will raise funds and awareness with our multi media events, the compilation CD series, bottled water, t-shirts, S1™ SafetyFirst clear backpacks, our clear wristbands, sending a clear message:

We realize that the only way to make a difference in our communities and schools is not only to address the youth affected by gang violence, but also bring to light the core issue:. By teaching as individuals and as a society, we must handle problems in a constructive manner. BTS Foundation will Educate-Enrich-Empower the next generation to, "discover their talents in order to enrich their lives... and those around them!"

EMPOWERING AT RISK YOUTH TO DISCOVER THEIR TALENTS

Juri Panda Jones* is a Genuine Voice! (501 (c) 3) and a graduate of Berklee College of Music. We are honored to announce our newest member of the BTS Team, and is assisted by committed Berklee students volunteering their services for a better tomorrow.

Genuine Voices music lessons have not only provided self-empowerment, self-esteem, different perspectives and ways to better help deal with their individual issues. Many express an interest in continuing on with music.

The team has also been involved with a monthly all-age open mic night called "Critical Breakdown". Held in Boston’s South End, Critical Breakdown encourages inner city kids to express themselves through their poems, stories, words, hip hop and other music.

“It’s all about respect… respecting yourself and others. The Friends come from a tradition of non-violence and seeing the good in all people. And this event, which is open to all and draws a few hundred people each month, has shown that there’s a young generation of rappers and poets in this city who share those values” (‘Now, it’s Quakers taking to rap’, The Boston Globe).
